I feel like no matter what the girl does people hate her. I just don’t understand why. On stage CL has a strong personality, but offstage she is just Chaerin. Chaerin is just a kind, humble girl. CL is a persona on stage, just like G-Dragon/Jiyong, so I don’t know where the “arrogant” comments come from. Also, people complained about her having a solo single when Dara already has one and Bom has two.
Lastly, people seem to complain that CL purposely doesn’t let the other 2ne1 girls speak during interviews. In my opinion, the other girls aren’t comfortable speaking (specifically english) and let CL do the talking since she is the leader.

What happened to supporting the group as one and being blackjacks? last time i checked being a blackjack means you’re a fan of 2NE1 and 2NE1 is made up of 4 girls not 3 or 2.

CL is arrogant and cocky
When has she ever done anything that was arrogant or cocky?

The CL i know is always the first member to bow.

Volunteers and spends time with orphans.

And even cries reading fan mail telling her why her fans find her beautiful.

How are any of these things something that an arrogant or cocky person does?

CL is an attention whore and only cares about herself.

Minzy wants a solo too, Bom wants to do variety shows and have make up cfs like Dara and Dara wants to act and do more solo activities outside of 2NE1. But of course CL can’t want anything right?

She shouts over the other members singing, she’s obviously trying to steal the attention.
She gets excited and she shouts. She wants the audience to jump and scream and have fun. What’s the problem? Do Bom, Dara or Minzy have problems with her shouting?
CL is selfish
Yup, so selfish that she participates in charities in secret and fans only find out about it months later. How dare she participate in something to help children in a village get books?!

CL always gets everything
What is “everything”?
She featured in 4 songs, two of those were pre debut and the other two were in 2009 one of which was Dara’s Kiss and has never had a solo but a song with Minzy that didn’t even have a MV.
She got her first solo cf 3 and a half years after their debut and her first photo shoot by herself only happened because she’s friends with Jeremy Scott.
But if that’s “everything” then yeah i guess she does get everything.
She sings the most in their recent material
She sang the most in ILY. Bom had the most parts in Scream and her and CL had equal parts in Be Mine.
And it’s not her fault if she sings the most.
CL doesn’t get along with Minzy.
Do you live with 2NE1? Just because she doesn’t treat Minzy or Bom the way she treats Dara doesn’t mean she doesn’t like her. What makes you think they don’t get along?

They are in front of a camera, so it could be acting but..

CL as the leader should be working on their album and manage their comeback better.

Teddy writes their songs, so CL can’t “work” on anything. YG is her boss. Meaning that it doesn’t matter if the album is done and CL wants their album to be released today. If YG wants their album to be released in december of 2015, it’ll be released in december of 2015.
She did a photoshoot with Terry

Other than her photoshoot (which Jeremy was also in), they took pictures together at a fashion show. But she spent her entire time with Asap then left to dinner with Jeremy so it’s not like she hung out with him and proclaimed him as her best friend.
She’s still an arrogant bitch because of some unknown reason i can’t prove with facts.
